Nectarine Picking

This past weekend I was in Niagara-on-the-Lake. I took Friday off from work to enjoy a little weekend getaway of Shaw plays, afternoon tea, Niagara Falls and Nectarine/Peach picking! That is also the reason why I missed posting my favourites from last week! I promise I’ll make up for it this week.
The last few years my boyfriend and I join his family for the Shaw festival and I always like to pack in a few activities in the area.
This year, I was googling where I could go nectarine picking because they are one of our favourite fruits. Niagara-on-the-Lake is one of the only areas in Ontario where you can go nectarine picking so of course we had to fit it into our schedule.
The cute belted romper I am wearing was kindly gifted to me by Ever New. It is a gorgeous lightweight linen mix with a straw belt and also on sale right now!

We visited Parkway Orchards for Nectarine and Peach picking! I have been apple and strawberry picking before, but nectarine was a new one for me.
We only spent about 45 minutes, but we had such a great time. Especially considering how much we love nectarines.
If you in the Niagara-on-the-Lake area I definitely recommend visiting the Orchard.
They have many different types of fruit picking through the year, and in the Spring, they have cherry blossoms that look incredible!
