Over the last month I have been working on updating my space a little more!
I was looking for the perfect art pieces to make the space feel like home and found exactly what I was looking for at minted.com!
Also, if you read right to the end, I have a little tip to help pick your art for your space.
The items in this post were gifted to me by Minted, however all of the thoughts are my own.

Firstly, the website is amazing. They have great filters so you can easily find what you are looking for. I think I have looked through all of their art prints, plus they are always adding more! I had such a hard time picking, I think I had 20 prints in my cart at one point.

Just click the image of the art print above to go to the site.
I selected the champagne silver frame on 4 of my prints, and the Whitewashed French Farmhouse on one. I loveeee the Whitewashed French Farmhouse, I think it is my favourite, but I definitely love the 4:1 combination I picked out. I also chose to have the “White Border” around the art and have it signed. I thought it looked really high quality and classy with the signature of the artist.
The art didn’t take long to ship to Toronto at all, I ordered August 8, and they arrived August 14. I also didn’t have to pay duty, which was a nice bonus because I was definitely expecting it.
I was so impressed with the packaging. It was so secure so the art would not get damaged. Plus, in each of the packages was a certificate of authenticity and information about the artist!
The art was really easy to hang and the Whitewashed French Farmhouse frame came with a special mounting bracket that was really easy to use, and it let me ensure it was straight on the wall after hanging!
One of my favourite tips that almost anyone can handle for picking art or even furniture is using PowerPoint. Open a blank PowerPoint document, important a photo of your space, or even inspiration images, and then add pictures of the art prints from the Minted site.
PowerPoint also allows you to easily remove backgrounds of furniture and items so you can layer them. I always do this when I am working on room decor inspirations so you can mock up a room, or layer items over your existing photo of a space.
I find this is the best way to “try” out the art in your space.
This is also a great idea if you are working on a gallery wall.
I would also advise using painted tape on the wall to try out any layouts, or to see how large or small the art will be on your wall.
