Mini Egg Cake Batter Blondies

This is a very easter recipe with only 5-ingredients, and no baking experience needed! Delicious and perfect for an Easter treat!


  • 1 box of
    funfetti or vanilla cake mix
  •  ¼ cup of
    vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • ½ – ¾ cup of Mini Eggs

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, add the package of
cake mix, oil, egg and milk.

Mix until combined completely.

Put the mini eggs into a sealed bag, and smash them until broken into
smaller pieces.

Add the broken mini eggs into the mixture, and mix.

Grease a 7 x 11 baking tin, or line with parchment paper.

Pour the mixture into a baking tin,
making sure the batter is spread evenly.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden coloured.

Cool before cutting into squares.
